Milton-Under-Wychwood is situated in the Evenlode Valley, on the eastern edge of the Costwold Hills. It is one of three local villages, including Shipton-Under-Wychwood and Ascott-Under-Wychwood that takes its name from the Royal Forest of Wychwood.
