We moved here 28 years ago which in itself says it all! It was our family home and we brought up three kids here. The location was ideal for many reasons. Getting the kids to schools, having the town centre on our doorstep and being able to commute into London if needed. We were also very keen gardeners when we moved here so the sheer size of the garden captured our hearts. The times we have sat out there as a family and felt like we were tucked away in the country yet located right in the heart of town. We even used to grow our own veg out there - the space is simply vast! Over the years we have improved it in many ways. We had a new roof just over a year ago and we had the double glazing installed as well as redecorated throughout.
