Travel Directions
It is possible to travel to Newton from Glasgow using two different routes:

By Car
From Glasgow city centre leave in a westerly direction on the M8 motorway. Continue for 18 miles taking junction 30 following signs Erskine Bridge. Proceed over the bridge and turn left onto the A82. Continue on the A82 for 26 miles up the side of Loch Lomond to Tarbet. Turn left at Tarbet onto the A83 and continue for 13 miles before turning left onto the A815. Travel for 9 miles to reach Strachur. Turn right onto the A886 towards Tighnabruaich and after 4 miles turn right and follow the road down the hill (sweeping left) towards Newton. On entering the village, the site is immediately on the left.

By Boat
From Glasgow city centre leave in a westerly direction on the M8 motorway. Continue for 21 miles to arrive at Port Glasgow. Follow signs Greenock and Gourock on the A770 for 8 miles to reach the Western Ferry terminal at McInroys Point. Take the ferry to Hunters Quay Dunoon. Leave the terminal and turn right on the A815 through Sandbank. Continue on the A815 for 14 miles passing Loch Eck to reach Strachur. Turn right onto the A886 towards Tighnabruaich and after 4 miles turn right and follow the road down the hill (sweeping left) towards Newton. On entering the village, the site is immediately on the left.

Although the plots are not serviced, there is a public water main and mains electricity nearby but not connected to the plots. Drainage will require to be treated by septic tank and mound soakaway, specifically by Klagester Biodisc which will serve all three properties and be located in the common ground which is marked as red on the site plan.
