Turn left onto the A374 signed Looe and after one mile turn right onto the A387, again as signed for Looe and Hessenford. At the brow of the hill turn left as signed for Downderry. After half a mile, turn right for Deviock and Seaton. At the Tjunction turn right and pass the entrance to Cair Farm to take the next turning left, immediately adjacent to Old School House Cottage. The gateway access to the yard will be found after about a quarter of a mile on the left hand side. Alternatively, from Downderry Village Centre proceed in an easterly direction along the main road to turn left onto Deviock Hill. Proceed up Deviock Hill and the entrance gate will be found after three quarters of a mile on the right hand side just past Deviock Farm. 

NOTE The vendor intends to place an overage clause on the property requiring the purchaser and their successors to pay 10% of any uplift in value due to obtaining consent to erect any dwellings on the land.
