As London commuters with local connections, we just fell in love with everything Eversley Park had to offer. It really is an exclusive, executive gated community with superb travel and transport links. Having the coastal towns of Folkestone and Sandgate accessible on foot meant we had everything we could hope for. Summer time in particular is a joy, with the countryside also being on our doorstep. When we bought the apartment we secured high specification upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen and these add to the high quality finishes. We have kept this apartment in ‘new home condition’ and are even throwing in all of our furnishings, which have hardly been used.
