This has always been a road filled with community spirit, friendly neighbours and beautiful properties. This one in particular really appeals to me because of its Victorian charm yet modern interior. Situated in a fantastic location, ideal for anyone who commutes to work on a regular basis and wants to come home to a peaceful setting. I highly recommend popping down to Hobdens corner shop on a Sunday morning to grab a fresh coffee and a paper to read in the park at the end of Woodlands Avenue.

Having lived here for 11 years you get a real sense of community as you drive down the road, many of our neighbours at the weekend take their children and dogs over to the green opposite so they can have a run around. Things like the May day holiday were great when they hosted the Earlswood Carnival on the green. There were Arts & Crafts stalls, amazing food and the children were having their face painted. It was great fun, and an event which really showcased Earlswood for the great place it has become. I really hope the new owners are as happy here as we have been.
