We have owned the flat for some years and it has always been a nice easy flat to manage. Until recently the flat has been used as an investment, renting it mainly to professional couples or single people. The rents are great and have kept rising as the years have passed.Our tenants always comment on how quiet the flat is at night, we have three security lights and timed lights over each doorway that are on from dusk to dawn.The flat, we feel, would continue to make somebody a great income or a fabulous first time purchase, it really is a lovely flat in a brilliant location.
