IN THE OWNERS OWN WORDS
We came to this house for space to work, live, entertain and still have room to breathe and it hasn't disappointed us. Known to us as 'The Tardis' we have redesigned the flexible ground floor accommodation to meet our needs, to work from home with separate offices and meeting space and the commute 'home' takes seconds!

Alternatively, this is a family or bedroom space for teenagers, returning students, granny, visitors, or separate hobby or quiet personal space - there are lots of possibilities; with a WC/shower room and kitchenette/utility on the ground floor too, it is virtually self-contained and has direct access to our easy care garden with plenty of room for tables and chairs for that after work drink without the drive home, or relaxing and entertaining in the garden.

The first floor sitting room is our relaxing haven to watch TV or listen to music and our kitchen diner lets us cook up a storm whilst still chatting to friends at the table.
We often eat out, there are several pub/restaurant options in a mile radius, we like sailing and walking at Pugneys Country Park to work it all off. Cineworld or The Hepworth for rainy days or a bit of culture. We can walk into town and there is a 'Freebus' at the end of the park for even easier shopping access, and this serves both train stations too. Three major supermarkets are also close by.

This house has stood the test of time for us in meeting the challenge of a growing and changing family and work needs whilst welcoming friends too.
Topped off with nearby good schools and the famous CAPA Performing Arts Academy, this is a great place to spread out and breathe and still claim your own space.
