I was looking for investment properties to let out within Southwater. After viewing a number of different types of properties I was advised to see this new selection of apartments in Southwater. Being in the centre of the village was very convenient for me as I only lived round the corner and I loved the idea of them being so secure. As soon as I walked in I was taken back by the shear amount of space. No other apartments or houses I had previously seen came close in that respect and the fact that they had their own outside seating area was a real bonus. I knew that they would rent out easily and because of that fact I decided to buy two of them. Unfortunately I need to sell one as I have seen another property I want to buy.
