Believed to date from the late 17th century, it is constructed of timber frame with rendered elevations and provides immaculate accommodation. An oak door opens into the reception hall, off which is a sitting room with an old brick fireplace. Off the inner hall is the drawing room, an elegant room overlooking the terrace and swimming pool area with a beautiful brick inglenook fireplace and an external log hatch to the courtyard. Along the inner hall is a cloakroom and a study with a door out to the enclosed courtyard. Adjacent to the sitting room is the dining room with a further fireplace and inset wood burner and with a door which opens into the breakfast room and fully fitted kitchen with a gas Lacanche range and leaded light doors onto the terrace. A stable door off the breakfast room opens into a lobby with a utility room and a door leading out to an enclosed courtyard.
