Full description

If you want a great weekend getaway, or first step on the property ladder, you need look no further. With sea views, potential off road parking and a fantastic location in the heart of Kemp Town Village all the colour and vitality of Brighton is within easy reach.

In brief

Style: 3rd floor flat in purpose built block

Bedrooms: one double

Living rooms:  one with sea views

Outside: communal gardens

Location: Kemp Town

Parking:  Parking space No 3

Why you’ll like it

This property is located on the third floor so has the advantage of elevated sea views and the peace and quiet of being high above the road. The flats are purpose built and have good sound insulation so there’s little disturbance from neighbours.

The living room has an east-facing, double-glazed bay window and it’s from here that you can see the sea at the bottom of the road. The laminate flooring against peach walls make it feel fresh and bright. There’s an archway through to the kitchen which has slate grey worktops and white panelled wall and base units. The integrated oven has a gas hob and extractor fan and the other appliances are also neatly installed.

The double bedroom is next door and the space is enhanced by one feature wall at the bed head. It isn’t a very large room but there’s ample space for a double bed and bedside tables and there’s built in wardrobes. One of the great things about this flat is it has loads of storage space, two deep cupboards in the hallway and these handy wardrobes so other furniture can be kept to a minimum.

The bathroom is an interior room and has an extractor fan; white tiles up the walls and a laminate floor. There’s a shower over the bath and like the rest of the flat it’s been looked after and has everything you need neatly incorporated.

The communal entrance and hallways are well maintained and there’s a lift to all floors. The gardens at the back provide a good opportunity for residents to get together and enjoy a barbeque or social gathering and the parking spaces are designated to individual flats. These flats provide a great investment opportunity as there’s never any shortage of tenants wanting to live in this part of Brighton or holiday makers looking for self-catering accommodation by the sea.

Bear in mind

There are a number of flats for sale in this block so if this one isn’t exactly what you’re looking for one of the others might be.
