When we were looking to buy a house in Gravesend our deal breakers were that the property had to be detached, have a very large garden, have off street parking and be pretty!!!!!!
This house hit that criteria and has proved to have so many other blessings; our neighbours are lovely, it's incredibly quiet - apart from the cacophony of bird song, there are brilliant views of the Thames and our children are very close to a fabulous school.
