The garden has been a lovely place for relaxing and entertaining, and it has also been ideal for the children, continues Denise. We have a beautiful York stone patio that extends right across the width of the house and a slightly raised decked area running all the way to the far end of the garden, so we can follow the sun throughout the day. Favourite Room: The sitting room is a lovely part of the property, says Denise. It extends from the front to the back of the house and has a beautiful bay window at one end and French doors at the other, so although its a huge space its wonderfully light and bright.

Favourite aspect of the grounds or surrounding area: The house sits on one of the nicest roads in the area, says Denise, and its also extremely convenient. We have a good choice of schools in the local area, and within a few minutes we can be in the centre of town where theres an excellent array of shops and amenities. For travelling further afield the property is well placed for easy access to the Midlands motorway network and we have great rail links with London being only 1 hour 10 minutes away!

Memorable event: We have a very nice balcony area just outside the master suite, says Denise. It catches the morning sun, so its a lovely place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

What theyll miss most / why they are leaving: I think its the space that well miss most when we leave, says Denise, and being able to accommodate visiting family and friends without having the feeling of being on top of one another. Its been a fabulous home and well take with us some very happy memories of the children growing up.
