We were living in Jay Close and looking to upgrade with our growing family and definitely wanted to stay within the village because of how family friendly it feels and the schools could not be better. We started looking but felt a lot of properties were quite exposed and did not offer the space we needed. Then as luck would have it this one which was previously under offer appeared back on the market and it was one we had previously had our eye on. We wasted no time in viewing and were completely bowled over by the location as it is tucked away and has lots of parking. Once inside the space was perfect and the rear garden was literally the icing on the cake as it is a good size and not overlooked. We have been very happy here and will be sad to leave.
