Our mother has really enjoyed her time here. She would leave the car at home and enjoy a pleasant stroll up to the Horseshoe where she would read in the library before frequenting one of Banstead's many coffee houses to spend time with her friends before deciding whether it would be M&S or Waitrose for the weekly shop.
Since moving in there has been a lot of refurbishment! The consumer unit has been updated, the boiler renewed, an electric remote control garage door fitted, and brand new bathroom and kitchen installed.
When the sun comes out we often took mum up to Epsom Downs by car, which only takes us about 10 minutes and we could also get to Sutton and Epsom town centres in about the same time.
