I was living in Horsham with my parents and looking for my first step onto the property ladder. After looking in Horsham I was somewhat disappointed as all of the flats and apartments I viewed were very small and did not offer much in the way of parking or gardens so I decided to venture into Southwater to see what the village was like. I was so glad I did as I really liked the feel of the village and decided to focus my search here. I came to view this one and was very surprised. What I initially liked was having your own front door and not a communal entrance. The communal gardens were nicely enclosed and felt very private. Once inside I could not believe the feeling of space so I wasted no time and walked to the office and made an offer straight away.I have been very happy here but we are moving out of the area and will be sad to leave.
