We first bought this flat 8 years ago and have many happy memories here. It was ideal for us as we both needed the station for work and because it was just the two of us living here there was plenty of space for all of our needs. Once we found a new property we just couldn't part with it here, so we decided to keep it and rent it out. It was the best decision we could have made. We found tenants very quickly and have been able to easily rent the property out each time for the past 4 years.You really can have the best of both worlds here and we hope the next owners enjoy it just as much as we have.
