This has been my home for thirty years and I have loved bringing up my family in such a quiet, safe location just a very short walk from the seafront. The living room with its brick fireplace and french doors to the garden is my favourite room being large enough to entertain in, but still homely and cosy. The children loved the rear garden with its abundance of evergreen foliage to hide in and the downstairs shower room proved invaluable when bringing three sandy children home from the beach! Over the years the third reception has been used as a study, playroom and bedroom, but could easily be used to enlarge the kitchen. I am now moving away from the area and there is no forward chain.
