When I went hunting for our first ever home we wanted something new, low maintenance and close to my work at the hospital. We chose this one literally from plan as we fell in love with the location and outlook to the front.
It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which is so cheap to run and the house heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. Our bills here have been so cheap and we have saved a fortune on our energy bills, it’s almost ridiculous just how little we pay!
We have really loved it here, with two parking spaces right outside and the town in walking distance. If it wasn’t for us thinking about having a family now, we would never consider moving.
