Broadacres offers fantastic access out via Old Bedford Road to Luton town, airport and mainline train stations. Also the same direction you have Hitchin a short drive away. In the other direction you have very good links via the A6 to Bedford and a 10-15 minute drive to junction 11 of the M1.
