LOCATION

The property is located at Oare which lies between Hermitage and Hampstead Norris. Immediately south of the M4 the land borders other agricultural land, residential property and Manor Lane. The A34 is 2.5 miles away at Chieveley leading to the M4 and other arterial routes. The property generally has good access for travel to Newbury (6.5 miles) and Reading (18 miles). DIRECTIONS

From Junction 13 of the M4 at Chieveley proceed towards Hermitage on Priors Court Road. After 1.5 miles and on entering Hermitage turn left at the roundabout proceeding on the B4009 through the village towards Hampstead Norreys.
