We had been looking for a home in Southwater and after an arduous search and a lot of disappointment we visited the new Barrett site and absolutely fell head over heels for the show home. We were lucky enough to secure the property. The main selling point was the fantastic kitchen/breakfast room. Unlike any other new builds we had viewed the rooms all presented a feeling of space and the finish was impeccable. We have since fitted contemporary wardrobes to all of the bedrooms and fully landscaped the garden.We have really enjoyed living here and will be very sad to leave as we have such lovely neighbours but we are moving back to Ashington.
