PITCH AGREEMENT

20 year site licence agreement offered (double government criteria). After 20 year site licence agreement expires there are 5 options.

Purchase a new lodge to be placed on existing site (trade in current lodge) If lodge and pitch have been kept in first class condition there will be the possibility to renew the pitch agreement in 5 year increments. The cost of this will be based on the value of a new lodge at that time.

Move the lodge to a different pitch on the park (not prime location) at your own cost.

Sell the lodge on a different pitch on the park (not prime location). Moved at your own cost. Offer lodge for sale of site.

Directions - Located within the grounds of Ardlui Hotel and holiday home park on the A82, approximately 42 miles north of Glasgow. From the South - Follow signs for the Erskine Bridge and after cross the Erskine Bridge follow the signs for Crianlarich. Join the A82 and proceed north continuing along the west side of Loch Lomond. On reaching Tarbert turn right and proceed for approximately 8 miles. From the North - Follow the signs for Crianlarich and proceed south on the A82 for Glasgow. The train station is located 100
metres from the hotel or there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
