Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

Sit back, relax and enjoy wonderful views across delightful communal gardens from the comfort of your sofa in the lounge of this superb 1 bedroom flat. This stunning Grade II listed building was converted several years ago into these beautiful flats which are located in a private position close to an open playing field and within easy reach of the town centre shops and the mainline station. Easy access to the A2 ensures straight forward access to Sittingbourne, Canterbury and the M2 for those that need to commute daily to London. Footpaths leading to countryside walks are a stroll across the road and the well thought of Ospringe Primary School and Ospringe Church are also close by.

Well presented, this flat would be an ideal choice for a first time buyer looking to make their first step onto the housing ladder. Alternatively, it would also suit any investment buyer looking for a buy to let property to start or add to their portfolio.

This flat comes complete with its own parking space and the wonderful gardens are an ideal place to sit and relax whilst not having to worry about the general upkeep and maintenance.

Expected to create significant interest, an early inspection is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

I looked at a number of flats in this building when they were being converted several years ago and was really drawn to this particular flat due to the large window space in the living area which provided fantastic views across the communal gardens. Given the elevated position, there are some extended views and we get to enjoy fantastic sunsets.

I appreciated the fact that the property was close enough to Faversham town centre to be able to get into the town quite easily but was far enough away not to have issues with congestion or the noise and disturbance that would normally be associated with living in the middle of town.

Room sizes:

  • Kitchen/Living Area: 15'11 x 15'8 (4.85m x 4.78m)
  • Bedroom 1: 10'3 x 8'1 (3.13m x 2.47m)
  • Bathroom
  • Parking Space
  • Communal Gardens
