I looked at a number of flats in this building when they were being converted several years ago and was really drawn to this particular flat due to the large window space in the living area which provided fantastic views across the communal gardens. Given the elevated position, there are some extended views and we get to enjoy fantastic sunsets.I appreciated the fact that the property was close enough to Faversham town centre to be able to get into the town quite easily but was far enough away not to have issues with congestion or the noise and disturbance that would normally be associated with living in the middle of town.
