Grade II Listed, The Mill House dates in part from 1600 with later 18th and 19th century additions and was a working water mill until 1939 when the machinery fell into disuse. The working parts were later restored, for historical interest and they now form an unusual and fascinating integral feature of the property.
Accommodation of The Mill House is laid out over three levels and benefits from an absolute wealth of original period features, including stone floors, much exposed structural timber, leaded windows and three impressive fireplaces.

Directions

From Guildford follow the A322 Worplesdon Road towards Worplesdon and continue for 3.3 miles to the roundabout at Fox Corner. Take the first exit B3032 towards Pirbright and follow this road for 1.3 miles and take the second exit from the roundabout towards Pirbright and Brookwood. After 0.2 mile and just beyond the car sales centre turn left into Mill Lane. After 0.2 mile the entrance to Mill House will be seen on the right hand side with a large circular millstone by the gate.
