Our vendor says ... I have lived at number 35 for 19 years now, and bought it as a first home. I love the kitchen and the view of the hills and there is also a lot of space. The area is good for public transport and schools. Unfortunately, I now need to move on, but would have liked to stay and make things a bit more modern if I could.

We have noticed ... There is little coming to the market at the moment in the local area in an affordable price range, so this property is sure to be in high demand. There is scope to modernise and really make it your own, so give us a call now to secure your appointment to view.

SITUATION Situated with good access to local amenities and surrounded by beautiful North Somerset countryside, Congresbury (www.congresbury-somerset.org) is a bustling village with facilities usually reserved for a larger town.
