I love the peaceful patio and garden in the evenings, and the view from the back bedroom and attic. The back of the house is very private as the ground drops away and there are no houses opposite. There is a nice tree and a church opposite the house too - rather than another house. You can park quite easily in the little street across the road and you can park right outside the house for loading and unloading. The bottom of the garden would be a great spot for a studio, music room, or annex - there is plenty of space there. The attic is another favourite space here, with a big light area with great headroom, as well as loads of warm dry storage space in the eaves. Great for an office, hobby room, or den. You really don't need a car to live here - several supermarkets, organic grocers, deli, cafes, pubs and park all within easy walking distance. There is also a good strong-point to lock your bike or motorbike to in the front garden, and there are buses too.
According to the EPC conducted in 2010, the property is rated as an ‘E’ for both energy efficiency and environmental impact. Measures to improve this rating include installing a new condensing boiler and upgrading the heating controls.
