When we bought the house it was in a bit of a sorry state and required renovating both inside and out. So we have spent the past year replacing all the plumbing, updated the electrics, replastered all of the walls, fitted a new kitchen a bathroom and new doors plus we have redecorated throughout.There are a couple of other minor things that we are going to do including new wooden decking to be laid in the garden.
