I lead a busy life and having a new home meant that there was very little upkeep on the property for me to have to do in my spare time. The development is a nice community and very convenient for everything I need. Shoreham town centre is great for its bars and restaurants and the shops cater for most things. Holmbush Shopping Centre is a short distance away for superstore shopping.I bought this house recently as it fitted perfectly into what I needed at the time. However, now my circumstances have changed but I am buying a flat within Orchard Gate.
