Having owned the property for many years it was simply time to invest and bring the property back to life. The sheer size of the rooms made it easier to picture the finished article with a new well appointed kitchen and bathroom allowing any discerning buyer the chance to move straight in. The floorboards are very good and it was a close call whether to cover them in new carpets or not but it was felt that carpets would make the apartment more homely and welcoming, leaving the new owners the option to remove them and go with the stripped floorboards if desired. Close to all amenities, you can leave the car in the garage and walk in to town or to the train station. With a share of freehold as well, we feel this apartment will offer you a great place to live.
