What the Owner says:

This was the perfect property for my mother as it was within walking distance to the village of Smarden which she so loved.
The flexibility was important to us as when guests came to stay we could always accommodate them and have enough space to entertain!
The character features add a sense of history and really makes it feel like a home. The wood burner, beams and oak latch doors blend perfectly with the modern touches we have bestowed upon the property and we feel that this is a blank canvas where someone can make their mark or move in straight away and add their own style as time goes on.
