The apartment is very spacious throughout with so much storage space. We have two double bedrooms which is great for when family come to stay. We love having the private garden, especially in the summer months. The location is simply fantastic, we are just off Lawrie Park Road so it is very quiet and tranquil yet everything we could want is only a short walk away. Sydenham station is approximately a 10 minute walk with direct and fast links into London Bridge, Canada Water and Victoria. The high street is just a little further down with a range of shops, bistros and cafes. A short walk in the other direction brings you to Crystal Palace Park which is great for a picnic on a sunny afternoon.
