The Chapel is available for sale by Formal Tender a copy of the Contract and associated documentation is available for inspection either at the Agents or Solicitors.
Upon request the Agents will arrange for an electronic copy to be emailed. Should the proposed purchaser wish for a hardcopy, they will need to contact the solicitors direct and a charge for the contract will be made.
All prospective purchasers should carry out their own enquiries to Herefordshire Council and other authorities prior to making an offer for The Chapel.
Special conditions apply in the Contract if the purchaser is a connected person for purposes of sections 117(2) and 118 of the Charities Act 2011.
The Contract signed by the proposed purchaser(s) stating the proposed purchase, together with a deposit cheque of 10% of the proposed purchase price, should be received at the Agents office by the 5th February 2014 at 12.00pm ('the Closing Date'). The deposit cheque should be made payable to 'MFG Solicitors LLP'.
The owners will then confirm which, if any, proposed offer to purchase is acceptable to them and the Agents will then immediately effect an exchange Contracts with a completion date of the 5th March 2014 (or earlier by mutual agreement, or such other date specified in the Contract)
No further negotiations, enquiries or requisitions may be raised after the Closing Date.
All unsuccessful bidders will have their deposit cheque returned to them and all unsuccessful contracts will be destroyed.
