I moved here over 16 years ago as i fell in love with the location. It's such an amazing place to live with everything I could possibly need on the doorstep so I have felt incredibly lucky to have found somewhere so convenient. I had viewed many flats before I snapped this one up and for me, even though this one needed a huge amount of work, I could see the potential. It was also one of the rare few that had a private garden and others I viewed rarely even had any outside space, yet alone a garage!! Over the years, I have completely transformed it! I have replaced the kitchen and bathroom, redecorated and re-plastered throughout and have literally just had new carpets fitted. Outside, I have completely changed the garden as well.
