General information An impressive farm house retaining much of its original character associated with its period and particular note to the bevelled exposed timbers and inglenook fireplace in the sitting room.

The well laid out family accommodation is approached via a central reception hall with adjacent reception rooms, both being double aspect. The sitting room has a wealth of exposed beams and inglenook fireplace whilst the drawing room is more Georgian in style. To the rear of the reception hall is the kitchen/breakfast room with a red brick fireplace housing a two oven, oil fired Aga and a range of fitted units. There is a rear lobby and further access to a rear hall where there is a second stairflight to the first floor as well as access to the outside via a stable door, a cloakroom and the study/snug.

To the first floor there are five excellent sized bedrooms off a large landing. There are three bedrooms to the front elevation with the master having an open ensuite shower room. To the back of bedrooms one and two is the family bathroom and bedroom four respectively. To the rear of the landing in the older section of the property is a play room which provides access with its own stairflight to the rear hall and in turn leads onto bedroom five with original leaded light mullion window.
