The two big attractions for me when I bought this property were the size and the location. I wanted somewhere that was big enough for my teenage children and knowing they would be studying, it was vital that they had good size bedrooms in which to do so. This home offered that and gave u all our own space so we could live as a family without being under each other's feet. It was also vital that they had the ability to get around independently so the fact that they could walk to the station and hop on a train made it ideal as it meant I wasn't having to drive them everywhere! They can also wander into town, use the leisure centre at Dorking Halls and just enjoy their own freedom. It's only now that they are older and leaving home that I find myself deciding to move on.
