I bought this house many years ago now as an investment to rent out and it has served me well. Working away I needed to keep a property on the Island to keep my foot on the property ladder and this has been an ideal house to buy. It has always rented well due to the surprising space inside and mainly because of its location and proximately to all amenities. We have kept it in good order but my last tenants are now on the move and the house is soon to be empty so I can sell it with no chain. I would love to see a young couple live here and buy it as their first home but I’m sure this property will also attract investment buyers like myself and also retired couples who need to down size and be close to the town.
