We moved here over 40 years ago, and immediately fell in love with the location. Being located in such a lovely residential location while having Arena tram stop on our doorstep was great for getting to East Croydon, with links into all London terminals. The size of the rear garden was also a huge factor as we like gardening and enjoy having plenty of space around us. The bungalow has been well maintained over the years and we have added the conservatory. Although we are sad to be leaving, we do hope the new owners enjoy will enjoy this home as much as we did.
