I fell in love with the space the warm feeling the property had to offer from day one. Having lived here for a while now it is even better. it is really cosy in the front room, which is where I spend most of my time when I am at home. I love the fact that the dining room is separate, so once I've had dinner we can enjoy a change of scenery and retreat to the lounge to relax.I looked at several places and this was by far the best value for money.Obviously having a downstairs toilet downstairs is a huge bonus especially when I have visitors, the upstairs can remain private. In regards to the location it is incredibly convenient, perfect for me to get to work, it is just getting around really.The property has served me well and I have maintained it, so all the new buyers need to do is move in and enjoy as much as I have done.
