So this work space along with the usual three walled work surfaces offers ample preparation space. Of course there are integrated appliances included. A side door leads out to the side patio and main garden.

In fact there's access to the garden from the living room and more formal dining room too. The latter being the extension and having the added benefit of a vaulted ceiling with an integrated lighting system. The main living room is a really nicely proportioned family room.

At the bottom of the hall is a cloakroom come utility whilst the garage is also integral. Whilst on storage there is also a particularly large first floor storage area at half landing stage.

There are four bright bedrooms, three double bedrooms and a more than adequate larger single sized bedroom which you can see in the photos is currently the 'home office'. The bathroom is again bright and large and fresh as well as being fully tiled.

The main bedroom is our favourite room at first floor. It has a quirky shape to one side where there's a deep floor to ceiling window, which along with the main window makes for an especially bright room. There may be scope here to adapt en suite facilities.

The front areas have some established planting along the side of the drive, including an Acer and some neat artistic topiary too. The side patio area opens out the rear garden and you'll see another patio area off the patio doors to the dining room. All main entrances have overhead dawn to dusk lighting, which works automatically by sensors.

Locator - Very much a central Prenton location yet neatly tucked away off Burrell Road and into the turn of the Close.
