The Property
Offered for sale is this versatile four bedroom period property. Located in the sought after Westbury-on-Trym area, with no onward chain. The accommodation consists of two reception rooms and the kitchen, with three bedrooms and the family bathroom to first floor.

The property also has a versatile lower rear garden level, that could be used as a self contained flat if required, as this has its own fully fitted kitchen with dining area, shower and its own separate rear access. The flat could have a potential rental income of approximately £500 per month.

This could also be used as a fourth bedroom with a second kitchen.

Seller’s Comments
I have lived here for 17 years and am only leaving because of family commitments. Thus there is no chain. I love the open fires and the fantastic views at the rear over the rooftops of the village and far beyond. It is built on a hill so there are two storeys at the front and three at the back - hence a fourth bedroom at garden level or a self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, WC and shower.

Westbury-on-Trym is a beautiful area of Bristol and has a proper village feel with small shops and cafes around the War Memorial. We also have four pubs, five cafes, a weekly produce market and a monthly farmers' market. Not to mention a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's a lively place! Also within walking distance are excellent schools from primary to secondary, state and private.
