Location was very important for us when we viewed this house, it suited us perfectly because access to the seafront and town was easy by foot. If we ever needed to catch the train this also was easily accessible, something that an out of town buyer will be interested in no doubt.We love our house, especially the garden, in the summer it is a fantastic retreat to sit in and unwind whilst enjoying the privacy it offers. We are relocating but are absolutely sure this will be as happy a family home for the new owners as it was for us.
