Heading from King's Lynn town centre towards the QE hospital, continue across a mini-roundabout and at the next major roundabout (A149) continue straight over in direction of Gayton. Proceed along, through Bawsey and into Ashwicken. Take the left hand turning into Fen Lane, Ashwicken and the property will be found down the lane on the right hand side.
