An extended and greatly improved detached converted barn with gardens and ample parking facilities in an idyllic setting within this unspoilt Littondale village.

Converted from a small traditional barn, this deceptively large detached stone built period property was imaginatively planned and now provides versatile three bedroom family accommodation. The present owners have undertaken a considerable program of extension and improvement with the addition of a lounge, bedroom suite and utility area. Mains electricity is found to the property which has underfloor heating to the majority of the rooms with a private water and drainage supply, broadband and satellite services. The decor and fittings throughout the house have also been considerably upgraded with a smartly fitted kitchen having several appliances and all bedrooms having en-suite facilities. There are generously sized mainly lawned gardens to both the front and rear with parking facilities for numerous cars.

Croft Barn is centrally located in Litton, a small community carefully preserved with a traditional Inn. It is set amidst some of the most scenic countryside in the Yorkshire Dales National Park which, as can be seen, has magnificent views over Upper Littondale with many varied walks over the fells and other Dales villages close to hand. Approximately two miles down Littondale is the slightly larger community of Arncliffe whilst Grassington offers a wider range of amenities and is within some nine miles. Skipton, with its extensive array of retail and recreational facilities, high quality schooling and the railway station is readily accessible and is approximately seventeen miles distant.

From Skipton proceed through Threshfield and Kilnsey and then take the signpost left to Arncliffe and Litton. In Arncliffe follow the signpost to Litton. On entering the village continue past the Queens Arms Inn and Croft Barn is a little further along on the left hand side immediately after passing over a small bridge opposite the red telephone box.
