DIRECTIONSFrom Launceston take the B3254 North bound out of the town travelling towards Bude. Pass through Yeolmbridge and Ladycross, and then upon the approach to the Hamlet of Langdon (just before reaching the Countryman Pub on the right hand side) take the turning left at Langdon Cross, signposted North Petherwin.

Travel into North Petherwin and at the cross roads in the centre of Petherwin Gate village turn right. Continue along this road and through the hamlet of Brazacott (past the school on the left hand side). Continue through the hamlet and when passing through the otherside, the road dips through a valley and as it rises over the the crest of the hill on the other side the land will be found on the right hand side indicated with a Kivells “For Sale” board.
