When looking for my home I needed something which would completely suit my needs, this home did that and more. Its location meant there were plenty of amenities nearby and it was easy for me to get to work.

Over the last 16 years I would certainly say I have looked after my home. The walls have been plastered, carpets have been replaced, windows have been changed and watching the avocado suite being replaced by what you see now was an absolute pleasure. One thing that never loses it's charm is the view I have over the Victorian rooftops all the way over to the North Downs. Depending on the weather, the outlook always has a different appearance.
