The heat-pump benefits from quarterly payments under the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme. Rainwater from the roof is collected in an underground tank and supplies most of the garden taps.

Floors - All bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and utility area are tiled. All other rooms have engineered oak floors.
