We were the first owners of this home and watched the neighbouring roads develop around us. Over the 17 years we have lived here we've enjoyed every moment. The garden gives us privacy and we are lucky enough to have the sun all day.

It has been a happy home where our children have grown up. It was nice that we were able to let them play safely in the cul de sac with the other neighbours children. Another advantage is walking to the local schools which are less than 5 minutes away.

We'll miss this house and the friendly neighbours who all keep a look out for each other.
