I purchased this property to live in and as soon as I saw it I knew it was for me. I loved how it could offer me everything that a traditional house could, just without the price tag attached. Location was great having a shop just around the corner was handy and I could be on the motorway in 5 minutes. After living in the property for a number of years, I moved and rented it out. The yield was good and it was such a great property and I didn't want to let it go.I hope the new owner gets as much enjoyment from Vale Drive as much as I have.
