Tenure: Leasehold

As you pull into this quiet residential road, you pause with anticipation admiring this ground floor maisonette, set back from the road and believe me you won't be disappointed.

It is not often a property of this caliber comes to the market, imagine your wish list of what features you would want for your dream home. Having a drive at the front offers ample parking so your days of competing for parking spaces are over regardless of the size of your vehicle. Not only do you have allocated parking, but your own front and rear gardens which is great for both relaxing or entertaining. The conservatory at the rear of the property offers you great access to seamlessly enter the area.

This spacious maisonette offers both a great platform to launch you onto the property ladder and a viable investment opportunity. The location itself is 2 miles from the motorway with Chatham station just a short bus ride away. Local shops, doctors surgery, pharmacy, post office and bus stop are all within walking distance.

If you are worried about leasehold properties or charges, then don't be, as this maisonette comes with an over 900 year lease, no service charge and ground rent charges are only £7 per annum and have never gone up in the past 10 years.

What the Owner says:

I purchased this property to live in and as soon as I saw it I knew it was for me. I loved how it could offer me everything that a traditional house could, just without the price tag attached. Location was great having a shop just around the corner was handy and I could be on the motorway in 5 minutes.

After living in the property for a number of years, I moved and rented it out. The yield was good and it was such a great property and I didn't want to let it go.

I hope the new owner gets as much enjoyment from Vale Drive as much as I have.
