DESCRIPTION Situated in a tucked away spot up a private drive in the ever popular village of Congresbury is Two Acres, a highly deceptive and sizeable detached family home with light and bright accommodation measuring approximately 1,700 sq ft. Built as one of just two exclusive properties in 1986 by a local builder, the current owners have been in situ for 10 years having brought up their family here. Indeed, it certainly works on many levels as a family home, from the versatility of the reception rooms and outside space, to the easily accessible schools both primary and secondary, the boxes are all ticked!

The contemporary, family sized living space has been improved significantly over the years, and therefore Two Acres really does offer a 'move-in-and-unpack' scenario. Downstairs it briefly comprises; impressive entrance hall, luxury fitted kitchen/breakfast room, large living room with wood burner, dining room, utility room and WC. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms (the 18' master suite having en suite shower room), and a family bathroom.

The property is set in a good sized plot set back up a shared (with one neighbour) private drive leading to off street parking. This leads to an impressive detached double garage with remotely operated automatic up and over door. The gardens are level, private and mostly laid to lawn, although there is a lovely outside decked terrace for al fresco dining, and a rear paved patio area. It's an easy maintenance and attractive outside space yet in our view offers much further potential for those with green fingers.

Of course, the Congresbury location is enticing, fantastic for the commute to Bristol, Bath or Weston super Mare, convenient for further afield via the M5 or the station at Yatton, great for local amenities and schools, and of course for lovers of walking, you have some of the most beautiful and varied country trails a short stroll away. Quite honestly for someone looking for a convenient and sizeable family home with space and versatility within this highly sought after village community, there really isn't too much to compare to Two Acres. A viewing without delay is strongly advised.

Our vendor says ... 10 years ago we were searching for a comfortable larger family home, and Two Acres had everything we needed, spacious rooms with a lovely homely feel as well as being individual. We particularly like the spacious kitchen as we do a lot of cooking and we love our wood burner on winter nights. The decking area for 'al fresco' dining is great in the summer. We love the private location of the property, being up a large driveway and away from other houses. We will be sad to leave but we are downsizing now as our children have grown up.

We have noticed ... What a fantastic village home of character, with space to spare for the growing family. Yes, there is a little bit of road noise, yet once inside you really would not know it. Double glazing, sophets and guttering were replaced 8 yrs ago, boiler and cavity wall insulation, kitchen, utility and WC 5 years ago, new decking area off the lounge was put in 7 years ago, electric garage door 4 years ago and woodburner 8 years ago. It really is move in and unpack in a fantastically private spot with a generous plot and substantial parking, yet of course, it is close to everything you need, including the ever popular local schools, amenities and commuting.
